I have not gotten any response from them and ended up buying rails from a different seller just to rack the device 2 weeks later.

GBSatisfied with purchase, delivery process and merchandise. Item arrived promptly; excellent protective packaging and in good shipping container. Motherboard in excellent condition and appears new. Pre-shipment call and email to verify destination address was a good idea. Had a problem due to a faulty memory module but Nick mailed out a replacement. Everything satisfactory now.

GBExperienced Sales staff and broad… Experienced Sales staff and broad selection of products was great. It did take a little while to ship the server I ordered and at $65 isn't cheap, but I understand that the server had to be configured and tested before being shipped. On future orders I will expect a 3 day lag in preparation and shipping.

GBOverall Happy with our First Purchase They didn't have the items we paid for in stock, but called us to get approval to provide another of a different brand. This process took several days and then the item was shipped. This process took far longer than expected. Therefore, minus one star for time of purchase to actually receiving the item being several days longer than expected. However, once the hardware was installed, it worked perfectly. Overall, happy with the product received and would buy from them again, provided we didn't the need something asap.

GBI have bought five servers I have bought five servers, four of which I have received and were in perfect shape. The fifth server did not arrive, but they quickly made things right by tracking it down and offering to send a new one if I did not receive it within three days. Good company and great customer service.
