Xim apex review I love the item honestly I thought at first it might be a scam but it came about 4 days later also the xim apex on this website is cheaper than any where else it’s a really great product and I think you should really consider getting it

Enjoyed a wonderful experience from order to delivery Bought my XIM Apex from Flashback Limited at the lowest price you will ever find both online and offline. They went extra miles to make provisions for my order due to my location and they responded to all my inquiries with lightning speed. Even more, they shared tips and advise (which I will always use going forward) with me from their wealth of experience. As if that wasn't enough, they got my product to me on the other side of the globe in record time. Flashback Limited is more than just a company selling products. I am very grateful. I would definitely use them again and also refer them to friends and family.

Shipping Great costumer service they have answer all of my e-mail! Only inconvenient if your in Canada like me neither of Flash Back or FedEx advice me about the fee supplement. I’ve pay my products + 25$ US for the shipping with FedEx. The product was supposed to be delivered today but at a moment a receive a mail saying that it will be delayed and ship tomorrow. After giving a other look, I’ve just seen that my order was "Held, unable to collect payment." FedEx so I type it in Google to notice that it mean I have to pay Duty tax because I’m in Canada. 40$ not to bad because of the wait but imagine you have to pay 100$ or more. Still giving a 4 star to the compagnie cause in my opinion it is the Carrier responsability to advice the client at first that they will have to pay fees if they are not in the US. But Flash Back please just type in a note that if you are off territory it will have some fees to pay. Last thing talk with FedEx please cause if i wasn’t that concerned about my order, like I’m thinking about a old person or a parents that don’t know how technology work they would have never notice that they have some fees to pay before receive their order.

Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2… Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2 days but due to it being Sunday it was supposed to deliver on Monday, and I see a message saying insufficient address which has never ever happened to me while getting stuff delivered through usps, I contacted FBL email and they are trying to charge me to reship the item that I paid my hard earned money for. Definitely not recommending this horrible site to anyone. Terrible customer service aswell. And its a scam
