Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2… Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2 days but due to it being Sunday it was supposed to deliver on Monday, and I see a message saying insufficient address which has never ever happened to me while getting stuff delivered through usps, I contacted FBL email and they are trying to charge me to reship the item that I paid my hard earned money for. Definitely not recommending this horrible site to anyone. Terrible customer service aswell. And its a scam

I had a relatively perfect experience with Flashback, the product arrived right on time (may have actually been a little earlier), everything was correct, product was right and seems to be functioning great so far. No problems, would recommend Item came in expected condition, no dents or damage to boxing. Delivery was a day late but that's honestly expected where I live, so no star reduction for that. Product itself works perfectly, so I'd say 5 stars! Never heard of the company before so I was honestly skeptical of them, but it seems my fears were unfounded as everything turned out alright.

Great experience All of my customer experiences were great. Everyone I spoke to were very kind and polite. Today's day and age, it is so hard to find a company with great support staff. I bought a 2pk of controllers and they did their best to troubleshoot the issue and tried very hard. They quickly sent me a replacement product.

No need to tell Xim Apex, if you want to play FPS games on the console, the only device that gives the closest sensitivity to the Pc is even better than the PC when fine tuned.
