6 year customer It has always been rather fast and easy, and on the few occasions there was a problem,customer service took care of it immediately, with no wait on the phone either. My only complaint is that you stopped texting me the status updates on my order.

Convenient service This has been a great service for several years. However, I am concerned that I did not receive double minutes from tracfone...which were supposed to be for lifetime. I assume that this is a new policy by tracfone. Is this correct?

The best place to refill your phone! Been using pinzoo online to refill my phone plan for years. So much cheaper than paying Verizon directly due to taxes in PA. Never had an issue and my plan is always credited with no issues. I've trusted this company for years with "0" issues. You can too..
