GBPinzoo (and unfortunately NET10) Why did ot take HOURS for my service to added to my phone? When I became concerned, I called. A recording recommended I leave a message, email, or engage in live chat. I'm not a fan of live chat, but I thought it was the most wisest remedy. Although it was thrown out there as an option, it evidently doesn't exist. Minutes will be added momentarily does not mean sometime within the next four hours. Why can your system not accommodate a more expeditious addition of service? AND then, I received no text informing me of minutes added and my end of service date. Why?

GBI've used pinzoo for several years now I've used pinzoo for several years now. I work at walmart and always tell customers who purchase refill cards about the website so they can get away from high sales tax cost. Thanks PinZoo team!!!! Whooooop!

GBI am so glad to have found PinZoo I am so glad to have found PinZoo. It is so easy to use and so convenient It is nice to know if you have a problem you can talk to someone who can speak english and not somebody from across the country that's hard to understand. GOOD JOB

GBGetting more time/money on my phone was… Getting more time/money on my phone was easy and painless. I got what I paid for. I would have liked to have had a better idea how long it would take for my newly purchased time to go into effect. As it turned out, it became effective fairly quickly - maybe an hour or so.
