GBTwigby is awesome at customer… Twigby is awesome at customer service.Had them years ago and now I'm back after having the worst customer service on the planet from Visible. I was just able to ask the Twigby rep and odd question and she was able to answer it in less than 2 minutes , beginning to end in chat. Amazing! Customer service means a lot to me. I need to know I can talk to a real person when I need to. No more 45 minute infuriating chats with a bot for me..Thank you Twigby!

GBNo comment!! No comment!! On March 16,24. I use my phone to reach very important site one hour a day mon.thru Fri. I was told by these people that I was buying 5 Gig of data per month for $15, on 16th of month my speed was reduced to a level that I couldn't do any searches let alone pulling up a site. My charges are varying without notice. Pulled up their app try to buy additional data at 9 am on 16th of March, no option is available. Should you check other reviews you will know why No Comment was written. Everyone else had same problems. False advertising and short changing people for speed of services they already paid for.

GBHarry resolved issue extremely quick Harry resolved issue extremely quick. Although I have no data with my plan, data needs to remain on to retain connection. All is good. Operator error. Relieved it was something simple since service has been perfect since becoming a subscriber. Harry was professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating and just downright helpful. Good guy, excellent rep.

GBThis company is nothing but a scam This company is nothing but a scam! The service is absolutely terrible to the point where you can't actually make or receive phone calls. When the phone is turned off you will still be "using date" as well as when it is connected to wifi, it still goes off data. The company makes it nearly impossible to cancel the account but will fraudulently charge you. Their system will pick and choose your payment method no matter what settings or accounts you have chosen yourself. When you bring their mistakes up to them, wrongfully being charged, or wrong accounts being charged, they have zero customer service skills and will refuse to help you. Despite having cancelled lines, you will still be charged for these lines. The phones work terribly and be careful because you may purchase a phone from them that is no longer connected to their network but you won't know that until you try to activate it so then you have to buy a second phone from them. They are nothing but a scam, this company is only here to take your money and commit fraud!!!

GBPersonable customer service Personable customer service. Reasonable prices. Great coverage in an area -Mobile falls flat. So happy my husband found this company. The rep even gave me a credit for the price difference when I switched plans even though it had just posted. Happy to be a Twigby customer.
