The help documentation isn't great and in the past I just had to google and try to figure things out on my own. Some of the help docs/pages won't load or say it's a bad URL. I have emailed support once or twice and received a response within a day. I love the fact that Easy News gives you access to an unlimited VPN account for several concurrent devices.

The Best Usenet Provider - Hands Down Been with them for many years and will probably stay with them for many more. Great retention, reliable and always fast. Their web service also works with most download accelerators and VPN's.

The web browser looks like it was… The web browser looks like it was designed in 1984 and acts like it sometimes too. Old and clunky. Not really usable. Site would be 5 stars if the web browser wasn't so bad. The nntp is decent but I found that it does not give me much more than my account on a different backbone provides me so I may not be renewing Easynews next time.
