Easynews is the One for Me! Where else but at the best usenet service in the world, Easynews, can you find literally an entire collection of the world’s multimedia files under one roof. And that’s such a bare scratch to the surface of their content, it’s mind-boggling to think about. The website is easy to navigate, the Tech support is prompt and efficient, and Oh, did I mention there’s a price for any budget as well!

I have had zero issues with easynews I have had zero issues with easynews. The couple of times I needed to change my subscription, the only 'issue' if you want to call it that, was easy and quick. I probably use only 10% of it's capabilities (powerful search utility), yet I have been and remain a satisfied customer.

I'm not sure I've ever had problems with the service… I'm not sure I've ever had problems with the service. The help documentation isn't great and in the past I just had to google and try to figure things out on my own. Some of the help docs/pages won't load or say it's a bad URL. I have emailed support once or twice and received a response within a day. I love the fact that Easy News gives you access to an unlimited VPN account for several concurrent devices.

The web browser looks like it was… The web browser looks like it was designed in 1984 and acts like it sometimes too. Old and clunky. Not really usable. Site would be 5 stars if the web browser wasn't so bad. The nntp is decent but I found that it does not give me much more than my account on a different backbone provides me so I may not be renewing Easynews next time.
