New Company Install George Gallagher was a joy to work with. Extremely patient and informative. He scheduled times that worked best for me and walked me through everything. When my set-up went to the next stage, George took time to circle back with me to confirm I was fully taken care of.

Nick was very helpful to our needs. Nick was able to help maintain my pricing. As I told Nick, it seems like we are using phones less and less and using TEAMS/Google Meet or other resources such as cell phones. So, keeping the price as low as possible is needed and he was able to keep the same pricing. Thank You

Jumping Hurdles to Help with Our Account I have had challenges in the past to access and manage our Nextiva account but Nick @ CR was able to work with me and bypass those previous obstacles. Customer Support Line was Subpar On hold times were a long and the customer service reps didn't understand what I was asking. I ended up asking my rep, who responded within minutes and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Support lines were not what I thought and was told they would be, but my rep is AWESOME!

Recognizing Urgency Nick@CR understood our need to access the administrative side of our Nextiva phone system when our IT guy left suddenly. Observing the steps necessary to preserve our security he was able to also escalate or request and have us returned to our operations quickly.
