We have rarely experienced any problems but on the couple of occasions we have had difficulty connecting the online service has been quick, efficient and effective. GBThe moblie wifi hot spot wont work and… The moblie wifi hot spot wont work and burned through the data plan every day we kept getting billing notices and we couldnt get and use out of the unit We used a Hippo last time and it worked GREAT all through Europe please dont buy this unit

GBThis is my first time using this… This is my first time using this service. I was able to travel into 2 countries without loosing service and with consistency. My real concern was traveling into some areas with low Internet access. Not rural but close enough, I was able to keep the consistent level of internet access at all times! I was impressed. Will use this again on my next trips.

GBCustomer agent ELAINE is very helpful. Excellent service. Customer agent ELAINE is very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't stop until my issues were solved. Glocalme service is excellent, plus the portable wifi has a strong signal when i was in Australia. We used 5 devices and never had a problem with the connections, even my husband was impressed how fast the wifi is...and their plans are cheaper than Solis.
