Hopeless Bought two Nixplay frames, gave one as a gift. The one I kept only showed the same 30 or so photos (out of 500). When I asked Nixplay support how to fix, the advice I was given left me unable to see ANY photos. The screen now just says 'Add Photos from your Mobile'. I have tried everything - disconnecting / reconnecting, resyncing, enabling photos / disabling - nothing works. Nixplay's customer service has been dreadful, with very poor quality advice which so far has only made things worse. I really hope the frame I gave as a gift has not had the same problems.

Okay kit, misleading marketing Okay kit, there are cheaper and better displays out there but the wifi posting function is still one of the best and that’s what you pay for. What I despise however are the misleading sales emails with headers suggesting “up to 40%” off which draw you to their site only to discover the “real deal” is maybe only 15% off. So NixPlay if you’re reading this please tell your marketing team to change tack.

Order Cancelled for no reason Company cancelled order saying they thought it was 'fraudulent', when I got in touch they said there was no way to reinstate it. I think they just didn't want to honor the original sale price and delivery timeline due to overextending themselves. Ruined the Christmas surprise we had planned. Be warned and bring your business elsewhere!!

A monthly subscription to use a photo frame I bought my frame a couple of years ago having read good reviews on various websites. I was particularly attracted to its ability to link to Google photos and update playlists dynamically. In May 2023 the ironically named Nick Palfreeman at Nixplay wrote to advise that I will need to pay a monthly fee for the rest of my life in order to continue using this feature. Needless to say, Nick is no pal of mine and he won't be getting a penny from me. Bought a Google Hub Max instead. Goodbye Nixplay.

We had a frame sitting on an end table… We had a frame sitting on an end table for 4 years to the almost the day that it was purchased. We contacted the company to troubleshoot an issue because the frame would go offline showing large distorted vertical lines. The best they would offer to do was sell me one at their current price at 50% off. I did notice prior to this happening that the ability to turn the frame on and off from the map was not available. I will not be buying another from this company.
