Nixplay frames orientation problem On the reporting of either CNet or Wired, I don't remember which, I purchased 4 of their frames for myself and family members. The most recent purchase, in my home, displays correctly. However, the orientations of the photos in the other 3 sometimes show correctly (landscape/portrait) and sometimes not. I've been going crazy going on the website, trying to adjust these. No more phone tech support, as previous. However, the tech support person that I was chatting with finally mentioned something that may illuminate the problem, but makes no sense. She said that some of the frames have portrait orientations and some have landscape orientations. My latest one has both. This is ridiculous. You don't take pictures with the type of frame in mind. It should be a software issue, not a hardware issue. I also don't recall seeing this information in the descriptions of the frames. Don't buy these unless you buy one of the most recent frames. The others are only about a year old and problematic.

Bait and switch, shame on Nixplay Like many others posting here, although I have had issues with their randomizer showing some photos but skipping others, I was recommending the product because there was no other product that did what I wanted. And now, they change the rules, suddenly you have to pay their monthly fee to get the feature that I bought it for in the first place, which was then free. Very poor decision.

Doesn't allow upload from Microsoft One… Doesn't allow upload from Microsoft One Drive cloud storage WHICH IS STUPID!!! As a Software Tester for Microsoft for 7 1/2 years and a few more years in the private sector all they have to do is use the operating system's Open File dialogue and instantly get access to all different types of sources like Microsoft One Drive... But these dummies reinvented only a quarter of the wheel WHEN THEY COULD HAVE JUST USED THE ALREADY COMPLETED WHEEL!!! I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF STUPID SOFTWARE!!! And there customer service is ONLY chatting... Why are companies not doing real tech support??!? It takes forever to get through all of the issues texting!! And then the customer service reps get upset with the word STUPID and tell me not to cuss.... STUPID IS NOT A CUSS WORD but an excellent representation of these companies!!!

I’ve been very pleased with my… I’ve been very pleased with my digiframes. But even more impressed with their technical support. I recently discovered that a number of photos weren’t showing. Turned out to be too high resolution. I was told how to resolve the problem, was sent links to helpful websites and hey presto, problem solved. They were extremely helpful

An absolute bait & switch scam for their subscription An absolute bait & switch scam that suddenly limits you to 100 images unless you subscribe. I have had several playlists since I bought it while it was advertised over the holiday season until a app update for "fixing bugs" came out that cut me off completely. I cannot believe companies can get away with dishonest operations. Stick with other products where you can get your money's worth and probably has a better app.
