GBYou have done me a great disservice You have done me a great disservice by refusing to make right a blatantly obvious mistake made by your print partner Fuji. I have begun to leave negative reviews about Nixplay after purchasing 4 of your frames, beginning with Amazon. Why you would subject your customers to Fuji's incompetence is beyond me. Nixplay promoted Fuji, Nixplay should make their screw up right! Roy

GBOkay kit, misleading marketing Okay kit, there are cheaper and better displays out there but the wifi posting function is still one of the best and that’s what you pay for. What I despise however are the misleading sales emails with headers suggesting “up to 40%” off which draw you to their site only to discover the “real deal” is maybe only 15% off. So NixPlay if you’re reading this please tell your marketing team to change tack.

GBSo impressed with this company So impressed with this company. I have had my frame for years. I have twice contacted them about one broken part and one lost part. I even told them I lost the remote control. Both times the customer service has been outstanding. I have been sent replacement parts for free without any hesitation. V impressed and would buy more products based on their excellent customer service.

GBHopeless Bought two Nixplay frames, gave one as a gift. The one I kept only showed the same 30 or so photos (out of 500). When I asked Nixplay support how to fix, the advice I was given left me unable to see ANY photos. The screen now just says 'Add Photos from your Mobile'. I have tried everything - disconnecting / reconnecting, resyncing, enabling photos / disabling - nothing works. Nixplay's customer service has been dreadful, with very poor quality advice which so far has only made things worse. I really hope the frame I gave as a gift has not had the same problems.

GBNixplay frames orientation problem On the reporting of either CNet or Wired, I don't remember which, I purchased 4 of their frames for myself and family members. The most recent purchase, in my home, displays correctly. However, the orientations of the photos in the other 3 sometimes show correctly (landscape/portrait) and sometimes not. I've been going crazy going on the website, trying to adjust these. No more phone tech support, as previous. However, the tech support person that I was chatting with finally mentioned something that may illuminate the problem, but makes no sense. She said that some of the frames have portrait orientations and some have landscape orientations. My latest one has both. This is ridiculous. You don't take pictures with the type of frame in mind. It should be a software issue, not a hardware issue. I also don't recall seeing this information in the descriptions of the frames. Don't buy these unless you buy one of the most recent frames. The others are only about a year old and problematic.
