GBComplete fail… Ordered and paid for a $300 slider several months ago. when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, who told me the item was on back order. After a few month of waiting and several more emails, I asked for my money back. Crickets. Now their phone number doesn't work and no one replies to the "we'll answer back immediately" chat box on their web site. Wondering if they went out of business...

GBBadly Badly. If I don't email, I wouldn't even know that you are not working with the supplier anymore. The order had sat there for 2 weeks.
