GBComplete fail… Ordered and paid for a $300 slider several months ago. when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, who told me the item was on back order. After a few month of waiting and several more emails, I asked for my money back. Crickets. Now their phone number doesn't work and no one replies to the "we'll answer back immediately" chat box on their web site. Wondering if they went out of business...

GBI ordered a new AC bag that never came I ordered a new AC bag that never came. it took two weeks of not being able to reach them to have someone email me back that they never had the bag. So now im waiting for my $269 refund to order a new bag, a week into a three month show that im on, that i had ordered this bag for. Not sure why i was never contacted about it and was sent a conformation that it was being shipped. horrible service, not ordering from them again.
