GBBroken Parts We ordered this stand and parts came broken. The customer service rep did a great job quickly sending out new parts but one of the pieces arrived broken again. Still waiting on a replacement part. Customer service is great but would have liked to have the stand complete a month after ordering.

GBJS 2024 This is for the customer Lynda Navarre. I am a customer myself, sorry to hear about your problems, I have had ordered two tv stand or carts & the boxes weren't damage @ all, and I live in NYC, it have to be your carrier. Don't give because Onkron products are great.

GBBox came all broken up and ripped up… Box came all broken up and ripped up also looks like it was returned before some items have been assembled by a previous owner. And parry’s came broken as well as the remote control not working. I hope this can be resolved without returning the complete unit
