GBBroken Parts We ordered this stand and parts came broken. The customer service rep did a great job quickly sending out new parts but one of the pieces arrived broken again. Still waiting on a replacement part. Customer service is great but would have liked to have the stand complete a month after ordering.

GBI really like your product I really like your product, but the instructions gave some either/or options and didn't say why one should be chosen over the other. Also, I have a major brand of tv (LG) but the spacers to connect bracket to the TV were either too short or too long. I had to use extra spacers to make it fit properly.

Response time to my inquiry as to why it had been returned and what I needed to do get another one sent, was quick (even though my email was sent over the weekend). Your staff answered all my questions and got a replacement order back out to us immediately. We had the TV stand within 4 days.

JMQuality unit! Shipping was quick, item arrived in tact. Item exactly as pictured and setup was easy with the video. This is a quality unit with minimal flex and slop. Only wish Onkron swapped out the Philips head screws with allen key screws so that I wouldn't need to go looking for another tool.
