GBCriminals Our entire company uses sprint. Our phones are not working. Always roaming, calls don't come through, getting sent to some Verizon message about entering a credit card to connect the call. T-mobile is clearly behind this since the merge. Our representative told us our phones would be unaffected, but service goes out daily for hours, and has been happening for a while now, but gradually has gotten worse. It's criminal, and now I'm going to keep writing and posting about it constantly, because that's all I can do.

GBSprint has become increasingly… Sprint has become increasingly difficult to work with. I can't pay my bill in cash at a store without a cash payment fee of five dollars. And they don't handle any issues with customers in the store. they direct you to the call customer number. They say they handle repairs but they send the item out most of the time and they won't exchange faulty equipment and longer like they used to at the stores. As a customer, it's all quite inconvenient and annoying.

GBAbsolute garbage Absolute garbage, nothing but a bunch of lies from any customer service rep( and I've talked to probably 20 of them). Don't believe a single word you hear and under no circumstances switch to any "better" plans they are advising you to. It will ended costing you more money.

NLno sprinting? I showed up, but all they had were nintendo's and stuff. I was ready to jog, but there was nothing. I am very dissapointed

GBAwful Wait times are horrendously long. Customer service is usually polite but I always get someone who's outsourced so there's inevitably a language barrier. Calls take way longer than they should -- the last two calls I made should have taken 15 minutes, tops, but they stretched out to 45+ minutes. Seriously considering switching my service because I am just so consistently frustrated.
