GBI've been a customer since 2005 I've been a customer since 2005, I inquire why my bill is always so high ...(2 phone lines $280 a month) in September 2022 I went to a tmobile location and the gentleman basically told me I get charged for the phones monthly even when we had the phones for 4+ years, What most upsets me, is that every time I contact a representative I get told different "stories" every single time ..it's so very frustrating I feel for 17 years I've been over charged by hundreds of dollars each year! They need to have a Meeting with ALL ASSOCIATES to get their facts straight. I'm beyond disgusted with sprint/ team mobile

GBAbsolute garbage Absolute garbage, nothing but a bunch of lies from any customer service rep( and I've talked to probably 20 of them). Don't believe a single word you hear and under no circumstances switch to any "better" plans they are advising you to. It will ended costing you more money.

GBIf I could give less than 1 star I… If I could give less than 1 star I would. TERRIBLE customer service. 1 rep tells me one thing, and another rep tells me something different. And then REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor or someone higher up?? Said he was transferring me to his supervisor and transferred me to a collections agency instead. So glad I switched to Verizon!

GBTerrible Terrible, customer support is a dumpster fire LOL What is funny to me is account recovery doesn't work, you can put your email and phone number in, doesn't matter what browser, doesn't work. I was on the little chatbox thing with someone and told me that I would receive my username through text, NOTHING LMAO. I don't understand how they're this bad, their UI is also so bad. It's crazy how poorly rated their customer support is, it really doesn't shock me.

GBCriminals Our entire company uses sprint. Our phones are not working. Always roaming, calls don't come through, getting sent to some Verizon message about entering a credit card to connect the call. T-mobile is clearly behind this since the merge. Our representative told us our phones would be unaffected, but service goes out daily for hours, and has been happening for a while now, but gradually has gotten worse. It's criminal, and now I'm going to keep writing and posting about it constantly, because that's all I can do.
