Bait and switch Took a chance since they seemed to have good reviews. Bought an Analogix Slimport adapter. Took them two full weeks for the items to be delivered. Received item was a no name adapter (found exact same one on [External Reference] for ~$8, the one I bought at Wackydot was ~$30) Emailed customer supported, got back to me and said they'll check up. Nothing. Emailed again, same thing. Never dealing with this company again.

Dishonest service! I ordered an iPad mini case and they sent me a flimsy piece of junk, which looked nothing like what I paid for. I contacted them and they assured me in an email that they would fix it and send me the right product. I waited a month. Nothing. I tried to contact them again and I was ignored. It has been 2 full months. Plenty of time to fix this problem. I do not recommend this site at all. They are dishonest.

Plantronics Bluetooth First Bluetooth arrived, supposed to be new, was scratched and was in Mandarin. Sent complaint and was assured a new one in English would be sent which arrived today three weeks later, In good visible order and works well with one major problem the button to answer the call and end the call does not work at all and is not easy to tune the phone in. They obviously buy new but faulty equipment. I advise spend the extra and by from a proper company a new boxed and working Bluetooth. IT GETS WORSE HAVING ASKED FOR A REFUND ON SEVERAL EMAILS THEY WONT REPLY TO ME ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION

BAD E SELLER I ordered an iPhone case the 28 th of october. It's writted on my account : "ended". I never received anything ! When I try to contact the support on the website, there's an error when sending the message ! Unacceptable !

Bad Service My product never arrived and they asked me to place a USPS claim, which I did. I supplied them with the claim number and was told I would get a replacement. I never received a replacement. I emailed them a couple of times and no response. I then emailed them to just give me a refund and still no response. It is now a year. I think at this point I will just place a claim with the credit card company.
