CABad customer service I purchased my phone case in the middle of march expecting it to arrive with in the first couple weeks of April. When it didn't arrived I called WackyDot to confirm delivery. They said that my order could not be located and a refund could be issued. I then ordered a case from Amazon (which shipped the very next day). When I asked for my refund from WackyDot they said they found the order and it should be arriving next week. I told them I no longer wanted it and I wanted to return it; this is when they stopped replying. The case arrived broken and now I can not even resell it.

GBTECH21 iPhone 5s cover. Company are in Hong Kong but do not disclose this. Everything in sterling to deceive you into thinking it is coming from UK. 6 days to dispatch and further 10 days to arrive. Beware customs charges on large items. Avoid in favour of British suppliers. I wish I had.

GBDishonest service! I ordered an iPad mini case and they sent me a flimsy piece of junk, which looked nothing like what I paid for. I contacted them and they assured me in an email that they would fix it and send me the right product. I waited a month. Nothing. I tried to contact them again and I was ignored. It has been 2 full months. Plenty of time to fix this problem. I do not recommend this site at all. They are dishonest.

GBHorrible Customer Service! I purchased 2 IPhone 5c cases. One was fine and the second was a wrong color. Should be easy to fix right? Wrong...not with WackyDot. I contacted customer service through email and "[name]" replied. He asked for a picture to verify that a wrong color was sent. I sent the picture and he indicated it indeed was wrong and he'd contact the warehouse to send me the correct item. Well guess what I never received the item and now "[name]" won't respond to my text. It's been over 2 months since my initial order. Buyer beware I don't trust them and wouldn't buy anything ever from them again.

GBBad Service My product never arrived and they asked me to place a USPS claim, which I did. I supplied them with the claim number and was told I would get a replacement. I never received a replacement. I emailed them a couple of times and no response. I then emailed them to just give me a refund and still no response. It is now a year. I think at this point I will just place a claim with the credit card company.
