GBReliable Service Fast Shipment I am a repeat customer and had confidence ATXPowerSupplies would steer me in the right direction to resolve the problem I had with my 6 year-old HP. I received the ATX-300-12ZCDR 300 Watt within a couple of days. Installation was uncomplicated and my computer is up and running!

GBRead all of the print! I needed a new power supply. THEIR website told me which one I should get. It was the wrong match for my computer. I had to return it minus a $20 Restocking fee + shipping (according to their regulations). So basically, for their error, I had to pay. Thank you for giving me another company I won't use.

GBIf they send you a defective product, you have to pay return shipping Called/emailed when a power supply that arrived defective/DOA. Simple asked them to pay return shipping since defect is not my fault. They flatly refused and threatened me with a lawsuit if I wrote a bad review. I am in IT buisness and end up buying another power supply elsewhere for more money. I won't do buisness with them again and recommended you use a major credit card with themy instead of PayPal, so if you have an issue like mine, then your card company can complete a chargeback.

GBbait and switch All the text on the page with all the information and the very last line of the description of the item says "This is out so we will send out the..." I ordered from you because I thought I was getting the genuine item, not a knock-off. Make it noticeable when you are sending a replacement.

GBFast Delivery, Good Price, and Good Fit I needed a power supply for my old Sony desktop computer. I found a replacement at ATXPowerSupplies.com using Google and the supply part number. Google took me directly to the page for the replacement. I ordered it and received it in 3 days. It was a perfect fit – Sony uses a strange form factor. ATX does not have a suggested fix for the BIOS monitor of the PS fan motor, so I have to hit F1 every time I turn the PC on. Other wise it works fine. Can not seem to overide the BIOS to ignore this. Additionally, it only had 3 of the 4 mounting holes drilled. Not a big deal except it was the one next to the power connector they did not drill. Price was less than half what Sony wanted.
