Rip Off. Faulty product, and NO service. Shipped a faulty product, loose in a large box with NO packing, which exploded on power-up, due to a broken transistor. No response to email. Bought a replacement from PC Power and Cooling instead. THEY were top rate. I wouldn't waste my money with them again.

If they send you a defective product, you have to pay return shipping Called/emailed when a power supply that arrived defective/DOA. Simple asked them to pay return shipping since defect is not my fault. They flatly refused and threatened me with a lawsuit if I wrote a bad review. I am in IT buisness and end up buying another power supply elsewhere for more money. I won't do buisness with them again and recommended you use a major credit card with themy instead of PayPal, so if you have an issue like mine, then your card company can complete a chargeback.
