I find the product a very substandard one as battery back up is pathetic and needs charging twice in a day that too when the use is minimum. No GPs is working and the operating software is very slow. Above all all the efforts to contact the supplier or the the gearvita have not been useful as these people are simply misguiding. I have no idea now what to do with this product and I feel myself deceived by the gearvita. Suresh Arora

No support My smartphnone was shipped within 4 weeks, ok. It has a defect so I wrote to the support, five times during five weeks. Only two feedbacks that another department will answer in two days. Nothing more in more than five weeks. No I try to get my money back with the help of PayPal. Bad experience!

No response Honestly kinda forget about it until I somehow revisted the site: year 2020, after a month of order processing send mail and got no response, after 4 months of attempting any form of contact got nothing in return. Has been 2 years now order still "processing" and got no email from them. Highly likely to be a scam site would not recommend, support won't help you either.

I wasn't satisfied with gearvita. I wasn't satisfied with gearvita. I had problems with my ordered product. And the only thing gearvita offered to me was to send it back. But sending it back would cost me 25% of original price which isn't disproportionate to the fact that I just used the product a few times in 3 months. My recommendation is to search for an alternative shop.
