DEI wasn't satisfied with gearvita. I wasn't satisfied with gearvita. I had problems with my ordered product. And the only thing gearvita offered to me was to send it back. But sending it back would cost me 25% of original price which isn't disproportionate to the fact that I just used the product a few times in 3 months. My recommendation is to search for an alternative shop.

GBno CS at all, order stuck in processing, no stock...AVOID Like others said, selling items that are not in stock. Customer service is nonexistant so you are stuck with no refund, no nothing until they choose to reach out to you. Already sent many emails with no responses.

GBWorst website to order from Bad customer service! Find another place to order your stuff. I placed an order by mistake for an amazfit 2 watch thinking it was the amazfit +. 30 mins after placing the order I tried to cancel my order and followed the website instructions. I got 1 reply after trying to follow up for almost a week now. I don't believe I will get my goods or the money back.

ITBad experience !! There are better places on line Bad experience, they advertise "NO Customs cost " and after a very long time shipping 4 weeks you have even to deal with the customs and waste of time and money !! Never again dear Gearvita even because your products are not cheap and you can find the same with european garanty and good assistance

GBthis company cannot be trusted this company cannot be trusted. it will accept your payment and ignore repeated requests for info on shipment schedule and eventually my demand for a refund. for a measly usd 29.87?!!! there is just no excuse for this. never again!!!
