I ordered a Convoy flashlight I ordered a Convoy flashlight. It never arrived, no tracking, no documentation, and no responses to my emails. Literally just took my money and that was that. Never shipped it. (it's been over a month, and the tracking info given indicates it was never shipped). Best I can tell the website is fully fraudulent.

Never respond Never respond! I pick wrong shipping method and I cant delet the order or change the method becouse ot them. I wrote a few messages but they didn't reply. Never EVER EVER!

Bad experience !! There are better places on line Bad experience, they advertise "NO Customs cost " and after a very long time shipping 4 weeks you have even to deal with the customs and waste of time and money !! Never again dear Gearvita even because your products are not cheap and you can find the same with european garanty and good assistance

no CS at all, order stuck in processing, no stock...AVOID Like others said, selling items that are not in stock. Customer service is nonexistant so you are stuck with no refund, no nothing until they choose to reach out to you. Already sent many emails with no responses.

They charged from my bank AUD 50.80. Lots of conversion charges from USD to AUD and the GBR to AUD as their merchant uses GBR, They did not bother explaining or refunding .
