I returned 2 broken items I had… I returned 2 broken items I had purchased and they kicked me off their site and kept my money you would think all the money this man has you would get your money back and not be treated this way. It's not my fault the products were broke I received them that way

I will not renew Prime at S119 a year I will not renew Prime at S119 a year. IMHO it is worth $0. I would rather have the $119. IMHO customer service has gone way downhill.
