Case of the missing sheets I ordered 2 sets of sheets and only 1 can't to my address. The other went to my neighbor. The picture of the package was clearly not my door. The didn't care, they said it was delivered in the right geographical area. Does that even make sense ? yeah, of course same area, it was my neighbor! No refund or be set. So I are the 45.00 for the sheets I bought bc they were delivered wrong. I wish Jeff, they guy who owns Amazon would no about this. I don't think he would like it either. I saved up for those sheets as I am on a fixed income and this really really disappointed me. As far as I'm concerned, that's completely wrong of them ! I should have been sent another set

Amazon customer service non-existant After receiving an equipment loan for our business, we spent $10,000 on Amazon. The lender was unable to respond to a charge made on the card we were given to make the purchases and the credit card company canceled the card. Amazon immediately rebilled my personal Amazon account and personal credit cards for all purchases. They received all of their money then canceled my account and my Prime Membership without my authorization. I called customer service 12 times and spent about 4 hours on hold. I was never able to speak to anyone who could resolve my issue and was lied to 12 times that a specialist would call me back within 24 hours. No one ever called. All I received was automated emails with incorrect information. To make matters worse, there was no way to access my account to create a ticket or get any support online because my account was "locked " due to suspicious activity...another lie. It's now been 17 days without a call back and no way to contact any support, no way to restore my account. I don't care if Amazon is the largest online retailer in the world, I have no plans to ever buy from them again and will buy all of our business equipment from other vendors. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Amazon is the top dog for online sales… Amazon is the top dog for online sales for any seller however there is a lot of changes at Amazon which changes the option for the seller to work with Amazon like placing handcuffs on the hands of the seller. I feel Amazon is going in the direction of deleting all sellers one by one and keeping only the brands owner to sell. So if you manufacture Johnson baby powder, you can sell it but if you buy it and want to sell you are not allowed to sell it and this is happening like crazy. The whole atmosphere of brands going in this direction is a HUGE deal for sellers. There is not a lot of protection for sells on Amazon but I receive good support because I have complained about about practices. It is scary and I hope we can ride this change like all the others to make our income as we once had.
