AJ Madison AAA CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AJ Madison’s customer service in my experience was AAA. There were issues with my order, due to me entirely. First I ordered the wrong range then I didn’t do my diligence checking out the replacement range and missed some damage. AJM never gave up on me. They continued to work with me until I received the range I wanted. Everyone I encountered at AJM treated me with kindness and respect. in my estimation AJM went over and above to make sure I was a satisfied customer!!! I would not hesitate for a moment to highly recommend AJ Madison as a company to do business with.

Welcome to the Suck Welcome to the suck. I am embarrassed and indignant that I did business with such an uncaring and incompetent business. Prepare for misery with AJ Madison. Once you buy they disappear and pass you to an equally dim witted delivery service called AM Trucking and Home Delivery. In my case two shipments of a stackable Bosch dryer and washing machine. Both shipments appallingly muffed, deliveries missed, installers unprepared to do the work. Be prepared for misery and stress. I will NEVER work with AJ Madison again. Horrible.

Way off delivery date Way off delivery date, they promise something they can't deliver and then stick it to you when you want to cancel the order because THEY lied. I would steer well clear of this company, wished I had seen the reviews before I ordered, my mistake, learn from me, don't use them.

false marketing zero customer service Poor customer service. Passes everything to the vendor. I purchased a stainless steel built in refrigerator vs. panel ready refrigerator from them and it was misclassified. It was not only panel ready but basically I had to assemble the refrigerator. Aj Madison played dumb and refused to try to even attempt to rectify. I’m considering a class action lawsuit if nothing else, to warn consumers. They are worse than a drop ship company. A drop shipper would at least intervene on the consumer end.

My complaint is not so much with AJ… My complaint is not so much with AJ Madison but with the Samsung refrigerators they sell. I bought a French door that is now out of warranty and has water/ice constantly under the crisper drawers. This is a KNOWN ISSUE with this refrigerator, and Samsung has a class action lawsuit based on this and other issues. Think twice before buying one or you will regret it.
