I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience. This was stellar. Thank you John! Thank you! I'll be recommending you and your firm to all of my friends moving forward.

This company is garbage This company is garbage. After waiting 2 months for my fridge and freezer to be delivered and paying for appliance Haul away / White glove service they sent two non-english speaking delivery drivers who not only did not install my appliances, they also did not haul away the appliances like I paid them for and they even decided to rip open the package on my front porch and throw the plastic the cardboard and the styrofoam all across my yard rather than ask me where they could dispose of it or to simply haul it away like they were paid extra to do. I would not recommend this worthless company to my worst enemy. An absolute garbage experience and am trucking is a worthless worthless company do not purchase from these crooks.

Terrible company Terrible company. They failed to deliver the double ovens I paid upfront for- then tried to make me give them a credit card authorization for an amount they could not tell me for delivery. When I expressed having hesitation for a blank authorization to charge me, they said I could cancel my order if they keep 35 percent of the 4500 I paid! What! I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. It’s scary. Buyer beware. Please go anywhere else! Like anywhere….

Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad Terrible company very frustrating have to deal with them the delivery company they use that is supposed to be solid and is as liquid as water they are the worst and it's no coincidence since AJ Madison is no better. So, beware and avoid AJ Madison and their delivery service AM Delivery. Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad.

false marketing zero customer service Poor customer service. Passes everything to the vendor. I purchased a stainless steel built in refrigerator vs. panel ready refrigerator from them and it was misclassified. It was not only panel ready but basically I had to assemble the refrigerator. Aj Madison played dumb and refused to try to even attempt to rectify. I’m considering a class action lawsuit if nothing else, to warn consumers. They are worse than a drop ship company. A drop shipper would at least intervene on the consumer end.
