Beautiful design meets horrible battery… Beautiful design meets horrible battery life. I read ALL the complaints about abysmal battery life but still bought this expensive paperweight. Battery lasts only a couple weeks and support is zero help. A month of troubleshooting and when they could not find a solution they closed the support ticket. Ive owned this lock for just a year now and have been locked out of my house twice due to arriving home to find a dead battery.

The level is only ok The level is only ok. The Bluetooth is iffy or at least slow so it takes a while to update it’s status in HomeKit before I can use the app to lock or unlock the door. Also using a HomeKit automation to unlock your doors when you get home has to be confirmed so it isn’t hands free which all adds up to a key being easier and faster. Asking Siri to unlock your door is nice but again phone has to be unlocked before it will work so it’s not really hands free. I realize some of these issues are because of apple’s decisions with HomeKit and security but the level app is lacking these features so you have to rely on HomeKit. My other smart lock is better because of a WiFi link, keypad, and better app. Considering the price you don’t get your moneys worth.

This is a great product!!! I really like the functionality. The small signature (really zero) is a great feature. It tends to be slow at times. I should always be able to lock and unlock faster than me putting in a key. There should also be custom automatic functions based on who's phone is closest to the door. I like the door to lock after me, my wife does not. Overall this is a fantastic product and with updates will be a 5 star product hands down

Technicians didn't know what they were… Technicians didn't know what they were doing installing. Were on the phone nearly 2 hr just to install lock and thermostat. Thermostat doesn't work, keeps resetting to HEAT 84 F. No manual available, no app provided, we have no way to keep our service animals safe without the fear of them dying by heat stroke because of a failed system. No corporate contact provided, no support for product, no system administrator to talk with. They don't care about the disabled or their service animals. Very unprofessional company.
