GBThis is a great product!!! I really like the functionality. The small signature (really zero) is a great feature. It tends to be slow at times. I should always be able to lock and unlock faster than me putting in a key. There should also be custom automatic functions based on who's phone is closest to the door. I like the door to lock after me, my wife does not. Overall this is a fantastic product and with updates will be a 5 star product hands down

GBFunctions as expected but needs Alexa! Functions as expected but needs Alexa! Or at the very least...IFTT. Also software doesn’t always report locks and unlocks.

GBTechnicians didn't know what they were… Technicians didn't know what they were doing installing. Were on the phone nearly 2 hr just to install lock and thermostat. Thermostat doesn't work, keeps resetting to HEAT 84 F. No manual available, no app provided, we have no way to keep our service animals safe without the fear of them dying by heat stroke because of a failed system. No corporate contact provided, no support for product, no system administrator to talk with. They don't care about the disabled or their service animals. Very unprofessional company.

GBEase of use It much better than previous smart locks I’ve used. Integration into HomeKit is seamless. No connectivity issues so far. Very easy to install and setup. The only issue I have is that sometimes on the HomeKit screen the icon for the lock with say “jammed” after I manually lock the door. It’s slightly irritating. But other than that I love it.

GBGreat lock Exactly what I’ve looked for. Works with hardware I already have. It’s beautifully hidden and works flawlessly. Just wish it could communicate through WiFi instead of just HomeKit/Bluetooth. So much nicer looking that August or other competitors since there isn’t a huge ugly bolt on to your deadbolt on the outside
