Compatibility Issues iLok/macOS Have been informed about iLok compatibility issues with the new version of macOS (again). Thats not acceptable in 2024. UA Audio: Make iLok avoid such problems and please find another copyright solution. iLok has hurt us since the 90'. I do not want to postpone any Mac OS upgrade. Stopped buying any new plugin with iLok.

What has happened to this company?!? I don't want to leave this review, have had the apollo for years and have purchased more plugins than I like to admit. Recently signed up for their UA Connect Service & literally nothing has worked for over a month, plugins no longer even show up in my DAW, the UA Connect app never connects and their support takes WEEKS to respond. Unbelievable, it's not like they're a cheap company, how is your support SO AWFUL? Happy to revise my review If You Get Your Sh*! Together!

Awful company Awful company. Customer Service is not empathetic. Been having continous Issues with Windows for many many years. Just get a Focusrite or just any other interface in general. Wasted so much time.

Pro quality products made by passionate people! I've been using their hardware and software for years. The few occasional problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are there to make our lives making music easier, more enjoyable and doing so with the highest quality. Thank you UA!
