Jackie quickly responded to my emails when I had a question. The packaging was unbelievable. There was no way this unit was going to be damaged during shipping.

GBI bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in… I bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in 32-inch. This TV cost over $2k and didn't come with a manual. There should be a manual included that explained how the product worked, how to troubleshoot, and that ALL connections need to be checked prior to installation. Also, the manual should tell you to buy a wifi repeater upfront, so you don't have issues with that. We paid to have the TV mounted in our shower only to find out the sound was not working. When I emailed and told them I could not get the sound working, they asked for pictures of the back panel, videos, etc. but the TV was already installed so we had to remove it from the wall to check everything. They did respond every time but there was a delay due to time differences. So frustrating! We finally did the issue fixed and the TV seems to be working ok now. The remote is also hard to use so make sure you get the touchscreen. Just understand that there is no live customer service.

GBI purchased a lighted frame mirror in…August 2019 I purchased a lighted frame mirror in August. Frame is cheap and corners do not come together tightly. Mirror will not light when in vertical position. Have contacted company over and over again. It has been over a month and I still have a $1300.00 piece of junk mirror that won't light. Technical service is a joke.

GBLove the new cosmos tv Love the new cosmos tv. they updated well on my shipment. I am a happy customer. for anyone who is considering the tv, 32" is large enough. No need to spend more money on a larger one.

PTTerrible experience. Do not buy from them If I could i would give it 0. This company is terrible. Its really bad. They send me a product that never worked, for three months they asked me to replace cables, open panels, send pictures and videos, and never worked. Then, when asked for a refund they stop responding. There is not customer support line, they take days to weeks to respond- and then they stop responding. Its a matter of time until there is classaction against them. My purchased was just a terrible experience. They are just terrible. I spend three months following their instructions in trying to fix this mirror- never worked. When asked for a refund- they get extremely rude and stop responding. As a Military veteran this has cause so many headaches. I'll take any help out there against this company. DO not buy from this company.
