GBNo Response From Evervue - Yet Again Evervue emailed me stating they would not provide assistance unless I removed a negative review from Trustpilot. I refused. Evervue then posted to Trustpilot stating they had never heard of me and could I provide purchase details. I have provided them with proof of purchase, order number and receipt. They then asked for contact details so they could resolve my issue "personally". I provided them with my email and telephone number. Unsurprisingly Evervue have not made contact. This is a company that expends much effort in trying to appear responsible and professional, presumably to get more sales, while completely ignoring requests for help, providing zero product support and blaming customers for any operating faults. This company does not deserve your money. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM EVERVUE.

CAHard to right a constructive and fair… Hard to write a constructive and fair review as Evervue have bad reviews taken down as fast as you post them. I am now asked to share the experience despite contacting them multiple times. @ Evervue, you have asked previously what the issue was as you had no records. I sent you the records and the person i was dealing with just to remind you... I will not waste any more of my time with this company. As for the product. Ive taken it apart and added a Roku stick as i find the user interface to be too awkward and slow. If you do order this product and are in Canada. You will need to pay all the import duties but i was not told until after you make the purchase. I had to add 15% on the price.

MXWorst customer service i have ever seen After weeks of trying to get something serious out off the technical support group, i get answers like, use the button to turn on and off the tv. For an issue that the tv resets instead of turns off whenever i push it. The tv looks nice, but the wifi reception is so bad compared to all other items in the same room that i had to put a wifi repeater next to the Tv. The adapter makes a sound when the tv is turned off. And the apps are so so. Apparently my provider spectrum doesn’t even make an app for this platform. So all in all, still waiting for decent support , not a happy customer at all. Would like to be taken seriously. UPDATE: after placing this feedback above I was informed by mail (finally) that only if I removed all negative feedback they could start solving issues (and something about having to be humble to get any help...again no name or contact details). I informed them I’d prefer seeing the fix first. After this I simple got ignored like i had been before. I do not believe there is an actual support team with any tech knowledge in the company. Simple delay until it goes away tactics. My recco, stay away from this ‘company’.

ESI regret deeply my bought at EVERVUE When I bought 2 qaio smart mirrors I thought that was my best decision, but unfortunately the mirrors never worked properly since day 0, I sent some mails, videos with explanation of the problem which weren’t downloaded, and they never gave me a solution for the problem . So when I wrote them to express my frustration they threatened to close my account , (for that they answer not for giving a solution), now I have two expensive mirrors that are unuseful like tv’s and that I want to return but they have never sent me the instructions to return ,I’m waiting for .

GBI bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in… I bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in 32-inch. This TV cost over $2k and didn't come with a manual. There should be a manual included that explained how the product worked, how to troubleshoot, and that ALL connections need to be checked prior to installation. Also, the manual should tell you to buy a wifi repeater upfront, so you don't have issues with that. We paid to have the TV mounted in our shower only to find out the sound was not working. When I emailed and told them I could not get the sound working, they asked for pictures of the back panel, videos, etc. but the TV was already installed so we had to remove it from the wall to check everything. They did respond every time but there was a delay due to time differences. So frustrating! We finally did the issue fixed and the TV seems to be working ok now. The remote is also hard to use so make sure you get the touchscreen. Just understand that there is no live customer service.
