HKVery Happy Customer I did a home renovation about a year ago and I wanted the most luxurious bathroom possibly made. A friend of mine already had a MirrorVue and I thought it was amazing. I ordered my own and had it custom made to fit in my bathroom. to this day I feel like this purchase really upgraded my bathroom to the next level and will totally consider getting other products from Evervue! I ordered the silver mirror 32" TV and the dimensions are approximately 70"x50".

GBI have ordered from Evervue a few times… I have ordered from Evervue a few times over the past years, customized LED mirrors. Their sales team helps with the ordering process which is quick, efficient, and very easy. The shipment was delayed on two occasions but overall a pleasant experience and reliable supplier.

MXWorst customer service i have ever seen After weeks of trying to get something serious out off the technical support group, i get answers like, use the button to turn on and off the tv. For an issue that the tv resets instead of turns off whenever i push it. The tv looks nice, but the wifi reception is so bad compared to all other items in the same room that i had to put a wifi repeater next to the Tv. The adapter makes a sound when the tv is turned off. And the apps are so so. Apparently my provider spectrum doesn’t even make an app for this platform. So all in all, still waiting for decent support , not a happy customer at all. Would like to be taken seriously. UPDATE: after placing this feedback above I was informed by mail (finally) that only if I removed all negative feedback they could start solving issues (and something about having to be humble to get any help...again no name or contact details). I informed them I’d prefer seeing the fix first. After this I simple got ignored like i had been before. I do not believe there is an actual support team with any tech knowledge in the company. Simple delay until it goes away tactics. My recco, stay away from this ‘company’.

NLArrogant, legally questionable Arrogant. I was interested in buying one of their TVs from abroad. When I had a question their local office (Netherlands) referred me to the US. My concern was that their terms and conditions violated local laws. Specifically that a remote control was not covered by the product warranty (it is, the law covers the entire product including accessories). When I pointed this out they refused to look into it and were adamant that they were correct and I was not (I am, I checked with our consumer’s society where I’m a member). I can’t tell you whether or not to do business with these people. But I can tell you that you will face this kind of attitude if something goes wrong. Als reading their responses and (alleged) legal threats in response to reviews… made me buy from a competitor.

GBNo Response From Evervue - Yet Again Evervue emailed me stating they would not provide assistance unless I removed a negative review from Trustpilot. I refused. Evervue then posted to Trustpilot stating they had never heard of me and could I provide purchase details. I have provided them with proof of purchase, order number and receipt. They then asked for contact details so they could resolve my issue "personally". I provided them with my email and telephone number. Unsurprisingly Evervue have not made contact. This is a company that expends much effort in trying to appear responsible and professional, presumably to get more sales, while completely ignoring requests for help, providing zero product support and blaming customers for any operating faults. This company does not deserve your money. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM EVERVUE.
