GBPoor customer service Very poor service. I ordered a 400lb weight set along with accessories. At 1mos. I still have not received them. Road Runner freight seems to have misplaced or lost the order. Inbox fitness only says that they will look into it. Wouldn't even give me a contact name or number or a timeframe as to what will happen next. Kind of the brush off. We're very sorry but oh well. Not good. I would be very careful ordering from them.

GBFantastic Experience Found the lowest price on my favorite protein and didn't hesitate to order because Google gave this seller 5 stars. I place my order and promptly receive an email notifying me that my purchase is Norton protected. A little extra piece of mind! Not only that, my package arrived in record time. Like Amazon Prime fast without the price tag Amazon gave my protein. The only downfall is I didn't get my tracking number til the day my package was out for delivery.. Not really a problem for me though. Love this site! Thanks!

GBX-mark Weight bench, great price and quick shipping! I ordered an X-mark weight bench that cost 20% less than other stores, plus I received a $15 discount, and free shipping. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical I would receive the bench as fast as they projected, but it arrived in 5 days by Fed Ex. Wish I had found them sooner! Excellent prices and selection.

GBGlad I found you guys My brother works at a nutrition store so I get a lot of my supplements for free (or almost free), but I've also been getting some hard to find stuff from Inbox too for couple years. I also got some weights from them recently because I don't have a car, and the box was delivered right to my house. I'm surprised more people haven't heard them.

GBFixed Situation, Satisfied Customer Disappointing experience. Ordered a kettlebell and it came completely scatched all over due to terrible packaging. The packaging was ripped and the kettlebell was exposed, causing it to scratch. Thought I resolved this by having them send a replacement. I indicated that the replacement needed to be sent with better packaging, but it came even more scratched than the first one (still completely terrible packaging). Update---- Company completely rectified the situation after seeing this review. Not only was another (3rd) kettle bell sent with MUCH better packaging, but we received a credit for this as well for the error. I truly appreciate companies like this that take time to fix the situation and care about their customers! A+ for you! Thank you!
