GBGreat customer service! I had no issues with placing or receiving my order, but the quest bars I received were firmer than normal. I contacted customer service who promptly and professionally responded with an effort to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and replace the quest bars with a much fresher box. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time! I would recommend InboxFitness to any and everyone!

GBGlad I found you guys My brother works at a nutrition store so I get a lot of my supplements for free (or almost free), but I've also been getting some hard to find stuff from Inbox too for couple years. I also got some weights from them recently because I don't have a car, and the box was delivered right to my house. I'm surprised more people haven't heard them.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I never received my order. The tracking information they gave did not work. I've tried contacting them multiple times and never get an answer.

GBProtein bars had melted (and misshaped) by time of delivery Something is wrong with your shipping/packaging conditions as the muscle milk bars get misshapen by the time they get to me. Looks like they heated up and were on the side so part of the top is missing (actually shifted to one side of bar)

GBMy credit card info was hacked I tried to order a supplement from them and my credit card info got hacked from some beauty company out of Colorado so I had to close my credit card! Their site is obviously easy to hack so stay away from Inbox Fitness!
