GBI bought a Toshiba SSD which worked… I bought a Toshiba SSD which worked fine until a power cut occurred, the security lock came into force and I cannot remove it. after repeated emails to @"customer services " no reply. I have bought a lot of Toshiba products in the past and having this poor Toshiba customer serices worries me and I will probebly look elsewhere. Devcent ssd but no aftercare. M Ladyman

GBToshiba customer support is horrible spent 14 hours over 2 days with their support 888-933-0322 and after paying $69.95 they completely miss diagnosed my keyboard problems as a hardware problem and contact service center to replace keyboard. They also provided a part #, After a 2minute call to a service center they said to power down the computer pull battery and reinstall and reboot. Wow, keyboard is fully functional. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY $$$> Good bye Toshiba!

GBGreat TV & company I purchased a Toshiba Fire TV about a year ago and I am completely satisfied with it. I did have a problem with the remote after a few days. I contacted Toshiba support and the rep set up a replacement immediately. The new remote arrived three days later. The TV quality in all aspects has been great. Picture, sound... I would be confident recommending Toshiba to anyone.

FRAll that probably somewhat tries to… All that probably somewhat tries to compete with Chinese brands, for that you really need to make some effort as you can really see. I am still somewhat happy with my old Toshiba laptop but I do assume it's just not that good of what it used to be.

GBWorst technical department Worst technical department. The service is beyond horrible. Kevin Williams (Florida) has you on hold for the longest time, only to get a message that he's out of the office for the ENTIRE DAY! and does not allow you to leave a message.
