GBHorrible response time I sent an unsealed iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in the box unopened to Trademore recently, and I know they received it because I looked up the tracking number and saw that it had arrived. I tried to call them, but they didn't have a number, so I emailed them to find out when I would get my payment through my PayPal account. They should definitely have a customer service number. If I knew that they'd take their time I would have sold my Iphone to other companies that has way better response time like isurgeon, Save Gadget, Gadget Pickup, Itsworthmore, and more that's listed on the website of Sellcell.com all of which Trademore isn't listed. This was their response: Thank you for contacting Trademore Support! A member of our team will reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days and will happily answer your question or resolve your issue. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. We truly appreciate your business, and we will aim to get back to you as promptly as we can. GBTrade more falsely quotes devices to… Trade more falsely quotes devices to their own benefit. Their standards for phone conditions go as followed “ Perfect - Fully functional in like-new condition with no scratches or blemishes. Good - Fully functional with normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic scratches. Poor - Device is not fully functional or has cracked screen and/or bent housing.” I a phone salesman have worked with cellphones for many years and and understand and can agree with these terms. So when given a quote that a iphone 11 with no existing damage and functional problems was quoted to their standard as poor. It leads me to believe that trademore is nothing more than a scam.

GBMy 1st time experience. Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?

GBVery disappointed in company and… Very disappointed in company and service. They say that the phone I sent in was a different model and the offer was rescinded. I just got that model from Consumer Cellular and turned around to upgrade and needed to sell the Moto E5 play, which they said is not the model. Go figure what they are thinking. Very disappointed with overall activity with this company.

GBassistance hello, I recently tried placing an order on the website. it gave me this message after i tried giving the payment with my credit card, however it seems it still charged my card although the order didn't process through. I have tried to contact everywhere & have not received a response.
