GBCables are great, good customer service, still confusing I ordered a USB-C cable and an S/PDIF (Toslink) optical cable. Simple, right? But there are so many USB standards, and Monoprice's web site doesn't do a good job of contrasting its "Charge & Sync" and "Data & Power" cables; I had to contact customer service who quickly responded. The AtlasFlex USB cable seems great with sturdy jacketing. Meanwhile it turns out there are full-sized and mini Toslink connectors on optical cables. Monoprice correctly describes their optical cables, but they could caption or label each picture with what kind of connector it shows.

GBContacted them at least four times… Contacted them at least four times through chat regarding an order that was placed September 1. Today I got shipment notification. I got the same run around and everyone else did. Warehouse moving… They did offer me an 8% discount. (Edit) Thank you Laura. Please post your contact info.

GBPoor Business Experience Absolutely, unprofessional. I placed an order on 9/2/21, for discounted items. They guaranteed shipment. After calling twice, I received an email that the item is out of stock and will not be available until 10/10/21. I've placed orders for tge same item in the past and received within 10 days. No one even took the liberty of updating me. Similarly, the same product I ordered is now available for purchase on their website for the original price. I will be finding another supplier for my business needs.

GBMonoprice sent me several email… Monoprice sent me several email per-week. This week an item caught my eye. A 20 foot patch cable for $1.39 and it clearly stated FREE SHIPING in the email. I went to place an order for4 cables and the order page came up showing the cable and stating again FREE SHIPING. At the bottom of the page was a shipping charge for $8.99. So much for free shipping. After calling customer support I was told I would have to order $39 before I would not be charged for shipping. Nowhere on the email or the checkout page did it say this.

GBSwitching to Snap One... I used to be a loyal monoprice customer, but I think I'm going to look elsewhere. I placed an order for some cables that I needed last minute and paid for overnight shipping. A week later, no cables and can't get through to customer service by phone or email. The chat bot said due a warehouse move (that apparently is taking two years...), orders are taking 5-7 days to process. When I opted to cancel, the bot said the cancellation would to 24-48 hours because it had to go through the warehouse. Hoping for a refund, but not holding my breath. Sorry monoprice, Snap One has you on reliability and customer service.
