GBDon’t waste your time or money. Terrible company, ordered a remote, it came, didn’t work. Contacted them company and they told me they don’t sell a remote for my unit and that I had ordered one for an entirely different brand. I showed them Where on their own website That they advertise having a remote for my unit. They apologized and said they’ll have it looked into, and that if I pay at my own expense to return it they will Refund my the cost of the remote. This was Completely their Error, but expected me to eat the shipping costs. Meanwhile they have not changed their website, so someone else will fall victim to their con.

GBPioneer VSX 3900s receiver replacement remote I have a Pioneer VSX 3900s stereo receiver that I bought new in 1991. I still have it in 2020. Only problem, the remote died so I turned to Ebay for an OEM remote. I bought three and two were DOA so got refunded, the other one lasted about 3 months. I decided to hit the internet to see if there was anyone who sold an equivelant and came across Remotes.com I found my remote model and ordered one. Today it arrived, already programmed and was provided with batteries. The main reason for ordering this remote was so I could use the delayed function on the surround, and this remote has it! Im a happy camper now. Thanks Remotes.com Youre awesome!

GBCrappy company Ordered a replacement remote and it wouldn’t connect to the tv. When I tried to contact customer service they would not respond. I would never get anything from them.

IERemote does not work. No refund offered. $50. LOST RemotesRemotes.com /corrected website (Easily confused with a reputable company) Well. I have had excellent customer service with speedy replies with this company but that is absolutely the only positive thing so far, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries for new ones twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on- all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what...no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all. 👎
