GBTerrible customer service. I have 3 to return Terrible customer service Want to return 3 lamps came too late for Christmas and they liked the ones better that we ordered so we could get in time. These are too heavy compared to the the one from Amazon we bought. They will not answer phone, emails, nothing. Better Business Bureau or other agencies to be notified if I do not hear back from them.

GBScam I ordered the headlamp and they… Scam I ordered the headlamp and they took the money from my credit card right away. I never received the headlamp. I sent emails and called the phone number but nothing worked. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they put the money back into my account. I then received an email from Bionix saying that my headlight had shipped. That was 2 weeks ago and still no headlamp. Calls and emails are not answered. This company has great advertising but no product to deliver. Complete scam look elsewhere.

GBIt is worth more than what you pay, it is fantastic! So I ordered this fantastic headlamp for my husband, he loved it and it has worked great for his daily chores or night walks with our dog. But you must take into account the following: The headlamp arrives without a battery, so you will have to charge the battery for a few hours for the first time until you see a green light that will indicate that it is ready to charge! You may be scared thinking that the headlamp does not work but you just have to put it on charge. In general, I must say that it shines much brighter than expected, it has 10 modes and is suitable for many activities or tasks. Regarding the price and quality you get more than what you pay for !!! so definitely worth the purchase.

GBExtremely Frustrating Experience Making the order and their taking my money went smooth as glass. EVERYTHING after that was a frustrating mess. It is simply impossible to contact anyone in the company, from supervisor on down, by phone. The only nu.ber I could find went to a worthless recording. Multiple, MULTIPLE email requests for a phone call or contact of any kind by a supervisor went unanswered. The only time any action was taken with my order was (surprise surprise) on the days I sent emails requesting to cancel my order. Even then, after they supposedly shipped the order, it sat in their warehouse woth a label created, but not being picked up by the carrier for a week, until I sent yet another email saying to just cancel the order. Surprise, again, that day it was released to the carrier...Oops, sorry, can't cancel now... Utter lack of Customer Service Just a complete Charlie Foxtrot

GBNever received my 2nd order Never received one of my orders from November 2022. I've sent email after email. I finally received one order in January. I still haven't received my second order placed same day. So until I receive it my rating will stay a 1.
