Very Satisfied - Library Quality DVD Binders/Sleeves All aspects of my order were met and/or exceeded. Ordering process and shipping was excellent and all items were packed/shipped properly. Actual products were as described, library/archival quality build and materials. I will order these many more times in the future (this is my second bulk order). Ordered for long-term storage of my personal archives of media.

Always very helpful!! We have done business with WTS and Larry Russell for over 20 years. Larry has been the kindest, most helpful gentleman through all of our many ministry projects. He has helped Trinity Baptist Church and Ralph Sexton Ministries with CD’s, DVD’s, covers and digipaks. He has never complained when we called with an “emergency deadline” we had to meet. He has been very helpful in getting the right products for the best price. We wouldn't want to do business with anyone else, as we have been “spoiled” by having the best rep ever!

I am rather disappointed I was disappointed. I received my CD's and they look beautiful but in my computer none of the ISCR, EIN or track information ended up on the CD. Just track #'s and Unknown Artist. Also, I know there is a allowance for over/under runs, but it is still disappointing when I ordered 100 cd's and only receive 90. I talked with customer service and showed them the box, fully packed with only 90 CDs in it. They refunded 10% which is fine. In regards to them not showing data on media players, they asked me to send back two to investigate why the track data did not play. They sent me a screen via email later showing that the data displayed fine in their test. I have now tested it on multiple devices. The songs do play fine, but will only display track data in the cars I tested, but on 5 different PCs. 1 Macbook, 1 Mac Pro and one Xbox One, none of them displayed track data (names, EIN, ISCR Codes, song titles, etc). The music plays fine on all players, but the only place that shows the track data was in a car, but not on a PC, Mac or computer based players. In summary, I wouldn't recommend WTS with small CD-R CD orders if display data when inserting in a computer is important to you. WTS states, 'it is not with the CDs, but the players you are using' but with only 3 displaying (cars only) of 11 different players, I disagree.

NOT RECOMMENDED Ordered 2500+ cd's from this company and had issues from beginning to end. I dealt with Christy Bowen who was very unprofessional. She attempted to make my company pay for shopping twice as our items were returned to sender because of their error. Then their graphics team messed up our covers by not centering the font. She refused to accommodate and was rude. We're seeking legal action. WTS is not recommended.
