Excellent, accurate and timely service WTS Media and Mr. Larry Russell came highly recommended by a friend. Having tried a couple of other companies, I found them difficult to work with. After contacting Mr. Russell, he assisted me through the entire process. He was in contact with me via email and also some by personal phone calls with updates on the project. WTS Media is very professional, highly accurate and the 'turn around time' was amazing! When more product was needed... I contacted Mr. Russell and the product arrived at my home before the weekend.

I have been at this for 40+ years, I've dealt with just about every duplication company out there and NONE can even come close to WTS; their customer service, their turn-around and their prices. Christy is a joy to work with always quick to answer any questions or address any concerns that I may have. I have a part-time recording studio as well and when a client records I always recommend WTS.

Always very helpful!! We have done business with WTS and Larry Russell for over 20 years. Larry has been the kindest, most helpful gentleman through all of our many ministry projects. He has helped Trinity Baptist Church and Ralph Sexton Ministries with CD’s, DVD’s, covers and digipaks. He has never complained when we called with an “emergency deadline” we had to meet. He has been very helpful in getting the right products for the best price. We wouldn't want to do business with anyone else, as we have been “spoiled” by having the best rep ever!
