I gave the laptop to my son on and the laptop stopped working within a week. I contacted them and the staff said that they will send me a label so that I can mail the laptop back. They are refusing to send the label and I have insurance through assurion and the insurance is not willing to replace the laptop. I have contacting both assurion and Gettington n, but no luck so I am going to repair the laptop

Different billing address from primary residence I have not received products because everything went to my billing address... I made request for my buys to come to residence to no avail. My billing address is in another town and only gets picked up monthly. I have a FINGERHUT account and my shipping address is accepted as delivery point. I hope this is something that can be addressed because I will not shop with Gettington if I can't use my primary residence as my shipping address. Because of my husband's employment background we need a separate address for billing, I have never had a problem with this until now. Not happy with this at all.

If you're looking to build credit If you're looking to build credit, beware! Unless you purchase from them with some frequency, they will close your account and that will affect your credit score. They wont tell you they are closing you, nor do they state up front this may happen. I had a 0 balance and they closed me because of inactivity. Not because I was behind on payments. So avoid them unless you plan to use them frequently.
