I could not give Gettington five stars… I could not give Gettington five stars because I ordered a storage cabinet and it didn’t come with the back panel to the cabinet. They sent me a replacement part which was supposed to be the back panel but instead they sent me a door to the cabinet but this storage cabinet did not require a door to it. So now I’m stuck with having to return this door back to Gettington and hopefully this time they will send me the right replacement part...the back panel !!!!!!!!!!

i tried to access my account online… i tried to access my account online several times, only to be unable to so do. when I tried to cancel my account, I couldn't do that either and had to call. now I cannot access to even pay the account off and they have stopped sending my statements by email. how do you pay these people. amateur hour at Gettington.

I wished I could click no star but I am… I wished I could click no star but I am not given the chance. I bought a laptop for my 10 year old son for Xmas gift. I gave the laptop to my son on and the laptop stopped working within a week. I contacted them and the staff said that they will send me a label so that I can mail the laptop back. They are refusing to send the label and I have insurance through assurion and the insurance is not willing to replace the laptop. I have contacting both assurion and Gettington n, but no luck so I am going to repair the laptop

Out of my 2 order 5 chrome silver… Out of my 2 order 5 chrome silver support plug in pins missing from the storage shelf. Other unit I am yet to unpack but inform everything after that. Quick shipping & delivery is a plus. Picture display is good but important fine details lacking in the web page of catalog. Incomplete & clueless communication. No response for queries even after a week. Material is O.k.

I have been a customer for a few years… I have been a customer for a few years with this company they overcharge for a product that you can buy in store for a quarter of the price. Fact check my statement for yourself. ALSO why would they remove all electronics during Christmas time hint they know they charge 75% over retail
