GBBrilliant customer service Brilliant customer service I received a Echo dot3 portable charging unit D3 for Christmas and I had a slight problem, contacted a lovely lady at Ggmm called Sylvie who contacted me the same day as I made the query. Sorted it with a replacement unit within 2 days and they didn’t even expect me to send the old unit back which is just brilliant customer service. Nice way to start the new year . Can’t thank them enough for the ease of working with a very professional company 👍😄

GBI bought a GGMM E5-200 Bluetooth … I bought a GGMM E5-200 Bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately I lost the charger. The wonderful guys at GGMM sent to me a free charger. That’s what I call customer service!

DKnot proper product I got chairs and other things from ggm which I still haven't received in 4 months now. When the chairs came first some were a completely different colour than others. I told them and they told to send a picture, after that they started to say all kind of stuff like it's been long the stuff was sent and they can not give me the proper ones. Also, some of the chairs don't form properly.

GGD3+ Battery Base… Echo dot d3+ Took a week to dispatch and got to me in 3 weeks. Works and happy customer. Legit brand. You can buy on Amazon also but I couldn’t at the time. Customer service on website didn’t reply at all but doesn’t matter now I have the product.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a battery base for Google Nest Mini on January 10th. I got a shipping confirmation about a week later. The shipping confirmation has not updated since then. I've tried reaching out to GGMM.com on their chat and via their support email but have received no response whatsoever.
