JPThere is no warranty for this e-shop!? I was out to repair the phone within the warranty period, but has been requested the money on that had to wait close to half a year. The customer support say that it has the warranty expired during the repair. It could not be repaired the phone, and to replace it, this is very expensive. For need a fee will be charged if it past the warranty period during repair? For need a fee will be charged by commodity prices high? It is written "12month free repair serivce" in this website!? I was told that, if you do not pay the money, it will send back the unrepaired phone. Is this common sense of business in the world?

BGCompany that you can trust. Great seller, highly recommended. i have been ordering from this site for almost 3 -4 year and they are excellent! In fact Minideal is my favorite site . They have the best prices compared with other chinese retailers. I am extremely pleased, even if I had a problem we have always solved quickly. All items are packed well, arrive to my country for 10 to 15 days with a few exceptions which do not depend on the store. All orders are shipped very quickly, even if someone orders are shipped the same day in which the order was made. i strongly recommend!!

BGFast shipping, terrible customer service I received a phone with a known and well documented factory defect (UleFone Be Touch 2 pressure points on the screen). When I raised this with Minideal.net within 7 days of receipt, they asked me to send photos That I did, then the line went dead. No responses. PayPal dispute, again nothing, until they responded to the PayPal escalation. I now have to wait a month to see if PayPal can arrange a refund. I requested a replacement for another phone model, not even a refund. They are not communicating AT ALL. A shame, as I had ordered 2 other phones previously and was happy. Happy that is, until I needed to use their aftersales customer service. Stay away. Too risky if you need customer support.

ROSlow support site isn't actually I think it's a very small company because after 2 months they refund my money on PayPal. Slow support and many items they haven't in stock.
