In my case flawless! I was a bit worried by all the negative reviews. However I ordered from a remote island in Greece (Leros) and in 11 days I had my redmi note 3 pro with everything promised inside (case glass google apps). I did not expect that much and was very impressed by the service! I dont know if I was lucky but after this experience I would definitely recomend this site to anyone.

I waiting for 8 months and now want to send me a stock phone from warehouse. I pay 185$ for a new phone and the Chen Rasel I think is the name with that I speak want send me old phone don't buy from that company.

There is no warranty for this e-shop!? I was out to repair the phone within the warranty period, but has been requested the money on that had to wait close to half a year. The customer support say that it has the warranty expired during the repair. It could not be repaired the phone, and to replace it, this is very expensive. For need a fee will be charged if it past the warranty period during repair? For need a fee will be charged by commodity prices high? It is written "12month free repair serivce" in this website!? I was told that, if you do not pay the money, it will send back the unrepaired phone. Is this common sense of business in the world?

EU WAREHOUSE THAT IS IN CHINA I resently but a jaiu s3 from Minideal spain warehouse but the phone was sent from china and possible i will have to pay customs and who knows what. I dont know if this is the usial way of them doing bussines i highly recomend you make sure they will sent the goods from Europe and not China they also told me it will take 2- 5 dayw and we already have 5 days and its not here
