FAKE WEBSITE AND FAKE PRODUCTS..STAY AWAY I received a FAKE product and their customer support is nonexistent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a HomePod Mini order#1415 and after a month I received a fake round thing and I don’t even know what it is. I wanted to return for a refund and wrote an email on April 6th, to their email and till now no response. They don’t have any support phone number.

SCAM! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. PLUS COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS! If I could put 0 stars I would. This company really is a complete scam. I didn’t check the reviews before like an idiot. The only 5 star reviews are bots and it’s very obvious. I ordered a 3d printer and when I realized something was fishy I emailed numerous times and no response. I looked up their address and the business doesn’t even seem to be there. No phone number that will pick up or call back. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back luckily I will get refunded but I can’t believe they still let this website run after all these terrible reviews about counterfeit and just straight up scamming!

Counterfeit product, no customer service I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence. I would not buy anything from this retailer.
