I got the correct bag I ordered… I got the correct bag that I ordered and it didn’t take as long as I thought. The bag has a weird zoo type smell, but I don’t know if that’s the material or what. Either way I like the bag and the service was good.

Counterfeit product, no customer service I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence. I would not buy anything from this retailer.

You fooled me once, it wont happen again You made me believe I would have the parts in four days, it took almost a month. The tracking number you sent me was bogus. You NEVER answered your help ticket. You online chat help never worked and I never got a response back from them. I reached out to you folks many times and then had my credit card company do a fraud check for a return of my money. A week after I had the credit company check you out I finally got a scrunched up package and a product that was not a real apple product but a cheap offshoot that did not work properly.

FAKE WEBSITE AND FAKE PRODUCTS..STAY AWAY I received a FAKE product and their customer support is nonexistent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a HomePod Mini order#1415 and after a month I received a fake round thing and I don’t even know what it is. I wanted to return for a refund and wrote an email on April 6th, to their email and till now no response. They don’t have any support phone number.
