GBTook phone. Never paid. After accepting an offer for my phone from Bing Bong Buy in March of 2020 and confirming it was received via USPS, the company has failed to respond to any inquiry regarding payment. Nearly one year and numerous attempts at reaching them later, I have not received any payment. Textbook example of FRAUD.

CATERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered an HP laptop through walmart with this company and received a samsung tablet instead. I am extremely disappointed. Upon contacting walmart customer service, my complaint was forwarded to cellular tech. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours, it’s been days and no response whatsoever. Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone.

GBMy office upgraded to new smartphones… My office upgraded to new smartphones after 2 years and we needed to sell 11 iPhones. After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes. Once the phones arrived there was good communication and our payment went out quickly. Thanks very much bing bing tech!

GBThree weeks and NO payment or response Similar to a review left by BH, I also sold my phone to BingBongTec on March 9th. The phone arrived on March 11th, and after they initially inspected, they determined my phone was not an iPhone 6s, but a 6, and revised the initial offer. I accepted immediately. Days go by, and no payment. I emailed on 3/16 and 3/19. They finally responded on 3/20 claiming they sent an “echeck” on 3/13 and to check my spam box. Checked everything and responded that it wasn’t received, and for them to please send another. Ever since then, I have called twice (to NO RESPONSE) and emailed their support SIX TIMES. It’s now April 1st, and it’s becoming clear that my phone seems to be stolen and I’m being scammed. I initially thought this was a reliable business and that they’d uphold their agreements, but clearly like other reviewers, I’m going to look into contacting the Canton, OH police department to file a report. It’s unfortunate they’ve put customers on positions where we leave bad reviews due to a service they can’t provide or communicate effectively on. Avoid at all costs.
